Sustainability meets uncompromised Quality
Everything we do at Tanzanice is done sustainably and with respect to the people and environment. For this, we only provide certified avocados, follow the rules and regulations of the trade, implement regular quality control and apply environmentally friendly growing methods.

Quality Control
We do regular testing on our products, both in the farms and post-harvesting. Dry matter measuring, disease control, pest damage control as well as other damage on fruits is screened on all harvested fruits. Chemical residue testing is done both in-house and in external laboratories.
Environment
Almost all of our avocados grow on rainwater only, with no external irrigation. Most of our farmers use only organic methods and fertilizers, and environmental factors are taken into account in all training and guidance that the farmers receive. Respecting the environment is respecting our future.

We work continuously against poverty by supporting our farmers, creating jobs and creating revenue to the Southern Highlands. Contributing to a better standard of living here is an important goal for us.
Sustainable agriculture is the foundation of ending hunger. Improving nutrition and increasing food production in the Highlands is a result of our business.
About 50 % of our farmers are women. Through training and education we support our female farmers, who often have many other obligations as well. Both men and women are needed in building a strong community.
Our goal is to grow sustainably, to create jobs and work opportunities to many. Economic growth lays the foundation for the future.
We are bringing in knowledge, expertise and experience to Tanzanice to increase local competence and to promote new ideas and innovation in the industry.
