You may submit complaints related to product quality, safety, packaging, labeling, delivery, or service through any of the following form or below channels; Email, Phone call, Social media, or In-person communication
Acknowledgement: All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours.
Investigation: Each complaint is carefully reviewed by our Quality and Operations team to identify the root cause.
Corrective Action: Appropriate corrective measures are implemented to resolve the issue and prevent recurrence.
Response: We communicate findings, actions taken, and the resolution clearly and transparently.
Continuous Improvement. Every complaint helps us improve. We record, review, and analyze customer feedback regularly to strengthen our quality systems, support our farmers, and maintain compliance with GlobalG.A.P. standards.
